BMY999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Users

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the BMY999 online betting platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "bmy999"). The Platform is accessible at bmy999 .vu and provides online betting and gaming services to eligible users in the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BMY999. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

BMY999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To use BMY999, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in the Philippines and are permitted to participate in online betting under applicable local rules.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

BMY999 does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the Platform. If we discover that a user is under 21, we will immediately suspend the account and review all associated transactions. Winnings accrued by underage users will not be paid out.

03 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each individual may only hold one active account on BMY999. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying BMY999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

BMY999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or unlocking full account features. This process may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other supporting documents as requested.

04 Deposits

All deposits on BMY999 are made and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support local payment methods including bank transfers and select e-wallets. Specific available methods are shown on the Deposit page.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• BMY999 does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency for betting and wagering purposes.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

If a deposit is made in error or you believe a transaction has not been credited correctly, contact our support team using the details in Section 13.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and paid to a payment method registered in your name. BMY999 does not release funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are detailed on the Withdrawal page.
• BMY999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds, particularly for larger amounts.
• Funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

We aim to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. Delays may occur due to verification requirements, public holidays, or payment processor conditions. BMY999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on BMY999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are available on the relevant section of the Platform, including the Betting and Live Casino pages.

• Bets are final once confirmed. BMY999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.
• BMY999 reserves the right to void bets in the event of system errors, clear pricing mistakes, or circumstances that make a result undeterminable.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to certain markets or events. These are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle a refund.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

BMY999 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• BMY999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• If a bonus is claimed using false or inaccurate information, any resulting winnings will be void.

When no specific promotion is currently active, general platform features and standard account benefits remain available to all registered users. We do not publish specific bonus percentages, amounts, or periods outside of active, verified promotions.

08 Account Security

BMY999 uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your data and account activity. You are responsible for ensuring that your account credentials are kept private and secure.

• Do not share your password, OTP, or account details with anyone — including people who claim to be BMY999 staff.
• BMY999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.
• Enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for additional account protection.

BMY999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

09 Responsible Gaming

BMY999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible betting among all users. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or hardship.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and spending budgets.
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to take a break from the Platform.

10 Suspension and Termination

BMY999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Any activity that BMY999 reasonably believes may cause harm to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you may not be able to access your balance during that period. If the investigation concludes in your favour, full access will be restored. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal manner, subject to verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BMY999 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruptions, errors, or downtime affecting the Platform's availability.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information published on the Platform.
• Any third-party claims arising out of your use of the Platform.

BMY999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions and communicate planned downtime where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Changes to These Terms

BMY999 may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Significant changes may be communicated to registered users via the contact details on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
